DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee Accounting staff and assign responsibilities
to insure proper accounting of all transactions
• Manage the monthly close process, including
reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations;
preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual
financial statements
• Perform monthly balance sheet and income
statement budget variance analysis explanations
• Budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting
for corporate initiatives
• Review and implement effective internal
controls concerning general accounting and financial
close processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years Management experience
• Excellent oral and written communications
abilities
• Ability to supervise and develop staff
with various levels of skill sets
• Excellent ability to adjust to challenges
as they arise
• Must pass background check and obtain
gaming license
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol
test

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create all casino promotional graphics
signage, posters, banners, flyers and coupons
• Create newspaper, magazine and calendar
advertising layouts
• Create and log all special event, donation
certificates, Match plays and coupons
• Insure Mole Lake procedures for documentation
of certificates, Match plays and coupons are followed
and coordinated with Reconciliation clerk
• Responsible for C-Store and Hotel certificates
and coupons
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum two year associates degree or
equivalent experience
• Candidate must be proficient with the
following operating system and software:
Windows XP
Adobe CS2 Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
Microsoft Office 2007
Exhibio Display Manager
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old,
pass pre- employment drug and alcohol test, a
thorough background check and be approved for
a valid gaming license
