The Sokaogon Mole Lake Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa of Wisconsin invite you to visit Forest County and to our third Annual Mole Lake Heritage Days.
Bring the whole family and sample a bit of the 1800’s. Wisconsin life and fine Northwoods hospitality through a variety of outdoor activities and walk through displays. You’ll enjoy wild rice harvesting and processing, fur trappers & traders, native arts and crafts, quilting and candle making, museum displays, music, food and more. Experience an authentic 1860’s log cabin listed on the National Register of Historic Properties

September 19, 2008 • Mole Masters Golf Fun Day

Maplewood Golf Course–4 Person Scramble. $85 per person. Includes 18 Holes and cart, lunch at the clubhouse, continental breakfast at the clubhouse, 2 drink tickets, 1 door prize ticket, $10 Casino and Awards Banquet. Cash prizes for 1st Place, 3rd Place & 7th Place teams...plus special hole events. All golfers must call Maplewood Golf Course to book your t-off time at 715-484-4653. 1st T-off time will be promptly at 9 am. Breakfast begins at 8 am. Golfers will pay entry fees at Maplewood Golf Course on or before event.

September 25-26, 2008 • Wine Festival

Sample wines from Wisconsin wine makers, along with fine gourmet cheeses, meats and a variety of select fruits. Relax to the sounds of an evening of smooth Jazz. You’ll have an opportunity to get to know more about wines as well and experience the fine art of wine tasting, while mingling with Wisconsin Vintners. Thursday 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday 5 pm to 10 pm. $10 per person. Door prizes along with the chance to “Win a stay” in a luxury Jacuzzi room hotel suite.
